I’m running for Allen County Council to ensure our county continues to grow while protecting the financial stability that families and businesses depend on.

As a small business owner, educator, and President of the Allen County Economic Development Commission, I’ve spent my career helping organizations grow, manage resources responsibly, and create opportunity. I will bring that same practical, results-focused approach to county government.

Meet Mark

Mark Hagar is a business leader, educator, and community advocate with decades of experience helping organizations succeed.

He has founded, acquired, and managed numerous businesses, giving him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to create jobs, manage budgets, and build sustainable growth.

Mark currently serves as President of the Allen County Economic Development Commission, where he works with local leaders and employers to strengthen the county’s economy and attract new investment to the region.

In addition to his business endeavors, Mark has spent years working in higher education, teaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and America’s future business leaders.

Mark and his wife, Nancy, a special education teacher, are proud to call Allen County home and remain deeply committed to the community’s future.
